About Us
At Lucy’s Little Angels, our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment to be filled with a balance of creative, social and educational activities that will prepare the children for kindergarten and last through their academic milestones. Our staff views early childhood as a time when children are impressionable, sensitive, and eager to learn. It is an important stage in children lives where they learn to develop self-confidence, along with self- awareness and empathy for others.

Lucy’s Little Angels is more than just your local daycare. We are connected to the community. Providing care to the children of our first responders, teachers, nurses, doctors, transit workers, and more. We are one big family and treat everyone as such.

Do you accept any vouchers or anything like that?
We accept ACS/ACD vouchers, union reimbursements and private pay.
Does your establishment have a surveillance system?
Yes. We provide a safe and secure environment under closed circuit camera surveillance.
What does the onboarding process entail?
Please contact us at Lucy’s Little Angels at Telephone number (718) 708-5247 to obtain information on our Intake process. Visitors to the daycare are only by appointment. Fees / tuition list will be provided at the appointment meeting.
Will the children go on field trips?
Yes. During the summer months we provide day–trips to local places of interest such as The Bronx Zoo, local parks, Chuck-E-Cheese, and more.
Do you have an outdoor space?
Yes. We have a secure backyard space where the children can play, run, jump, and laugh when the weather allows for it.
What COVID precautions do you take?
We have strict procedures in place to combat COVID. Our staff wears a mask and are all vaccinated. We take daily temeperature checks for everyone entering the daycare. We sanitize all toys and wash the children’s hands after each use. When necessary, an ultraviolet light wand is used to disinfect.
Do you have any programs for spanish-speaking children?
Yes, all programs and curriculum are available in bilingual form.
Toddlers aged 1-3
We understand that at this stage of development children are growing and learning with high levels of energy. We endeavor to channel this energy into positive learning with ample space to experience and explore their environment.

Pre-K aged 3-5
Preschoolers are starting to connect the use of language and communication with letters, sounds and numbers. They learn the early concepts of reading, math and science. Through educational activities we guide and encourage developing and strengthening of these skills which they will use in higher education.
At this stage children are becoming more independent. They are exploring their physical and social environment and interacting with people outside of the family. It is essential that they learn to be aware of ways to stay safe.

Come Visit Us
Our staff has SUNY certification in Medication Administration Training. We also maintain current First- Aid and CPR certification. Our staff is trained in Nutrition by CACFP/DOH. We are a NYC-DOH certified Daycare provider. Over the 11 years of operation we have maintained all required NYCDOH childcare related training.

Monday through Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm.
Early drop-off is available for an additional fee.
Child Pickup: 5:00pm – 6:00pm.
Closed on weekends and certain holidays.
Tuition
Our fees / tuition includes a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks within the CACFP / DOH guidelines. Fill out the form or call us to make an appointment.
